When Bob Holt was tasked with creating a 4th of July e-card using only a firecracker. He started to design a green bunny character based on the one he created at home. Later on, he took the character and turned it into Hoops. Eventually, Hoops needed a companion, and this character would be redesigned into Yoyo.
