Gift Wish Certificate is one of the oldest hoops&yoyo animations Bob Holt has ever produced. It consists of a tutorial showing how to send a Gift Wish Certificate.

Synopsis
Hoops explains to the viewer what a Gift Wish Certificate is before asking Yoyo to go to his computer, so he can show how it works. Yoyo drives home, and gets on his computer.
