Hoops explains to the viewer what a Gift Wish Certificate is before asking Yoyo to go to his computer, so he can show how it works. Yoyo drives home, and gets on his computer. Hoops guides the viewer, and explains the process of selecting an Ecard message to attach to the certificate, and sends it to Yoyo electronically. Puck, in a Mail truck, drives to Yoyo and delivers him the Gift Wish Certificate. Yoyo happily walks off with the letter as Hoops shouts "Woo-Hoo!".

Gift Wish Certificate is one of the oldest hoops&yoyo animations Bob Holt has ever produced. It consists of a tutorial showing how to send a Gift Wish Certificate.
