Piddles (originally known as Sprinkles, then Penelope) is one of the main characters of hoops&yoyo. She is a member of the trio that consists of her, Hoops, and Yoyo. She is voiced by Bev Carlson.
Appearance
Piddles is a little blue "critter" with small rectangular-ish ears, tiny dot eyes and a large pale blue oval-shaped nose. She also has a small spherical tail.
Personality
Official biography: The ultimate little sister type to hoops&yoyo...in a good way. Piddles is as sweet and level-headed as they come, but her sensible cautions of potential calamity usually fall on deaf ears.

- Piddles' first appearance was in the 2003 Cinco De Mayo eCard. She was also originally voiced by Arlette Torres in that card.
