Celebrations is a commercial that aired in the Netherlands in 2007[1] to advertise the Celebrations product and their collaboration with hoops&yoyo.

Development
Tiffany Daven Port shared how they worked on the commercial's writing[2].
"This had to be the smoothest project I ever worked on.
Celebrations made birthday buttons with the characters Hoops & Yoyo and they asked me and my art director to come up with a little animation to promote it.
I wrote the script in 15 minutes, the artists in the US animated it just the way we imagined, and the real Hoops and Yoyo voice-over actors recorded it while we were all on a conference call.
Even the music fits the time frame perfectly. Hoops & Yoyo, you will always have a special place in my heart.
