Once you click the knob on the TV, static is seen, with [[Hoops]] and [[Yoyo]] fading in. Hoops states this is test of the "smile broadcast system", then both proceed to smile at the camera and make "EEEE" noises until the 59-second timer at the top ends at zero. Both can be heard occasionally getting exhausted.

Once the timer ends, Hoops states "If this were an actual emergency, we'd be going like this", which causes him to panic and run around while Yoyo shakes his face on the TV screen.

Once the chaos ends, Hoops states the emergency smile broadcast system has ended, then the TV screen shuts down and the camera pans to the TV's right side, displaying the message.
